Do you have more than 5 years of experience in project management? A successful family owned glass manufacturing company is seeking a skilled leader with experience in commercial building projects. As Project Manager you will have primary responsibility for managing the planning, execution, monitoring, and inspection of commercial projects in the MD, DC and VA territories. You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate teams and contractors and provide field oversight. The Project Manager will: Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Measure progress and make adjustments as required. Manage and coordinate the relationship with clients, third parties, and vendors. Ensure safety and regulation compliance. Coordinate with management and production teams to define resource needs and timelines. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management: commercial construction or glass installation. Experience with aluminum windows, glazing, curtain walls, storefronts, composite panels or commercial building. A keen understanding of budgets, margins, and resource planning relative to each project. An ability to effectively lead team members and contractors with focused goals. Strong organizational skills including ability to schedule effectively.
