Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in collaboration with an insurance and settlement client is searching for a motivated Post Closing Manager. The Manager will be responsible for sending report for closed files/ packages not received to Post Closing and Recording and ensure that all packages have been received and files have been sent to Funding. A successful candidate will have hands on experience with loan services and products, experience leading large teams and ideally possess a Title Producer License. Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations
  • Examine closed files, ensuring pre-funding and pre-recording is complete
  • Collaborate with lenders and brokers all of the stipulations and document requests in a timely manner
  • Review all documents, ensure completion, obtain missing information and/or correct inaccuracies as appropriate
  • Verify receipt of funds; ensure all disbursements are made in accordance with the HUD-1 Settlement Statement or Closing Disclosure
  • Review and resolve escalation issues for Post-Closing and Recording
  • Use negotiation, arbitration and conflict resolution skills with all parties involved in Post-Settlement Issues
  • Provide support for other duties as required

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2+ year of financial services management experience
  • Prior experience and knowledge of loan services and products
  • Title Producer License is highly desired
  • Supervisory experience leading a team of 8 or more personnel
  • Ability to read and interpret loan applications forms, tax certifications and title documents
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; advance Microsoft Excel skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills to provide superior customer service
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex reports, needs and documentations
