Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a functional trainer to support one of our Federal clients in Washington, DC, who are upgrading their core Momentum financial system and related applications. This role includes development of training materials on system functionality and client business processes, scheduling and conducting classroom training sessions, and creation of procedures and desktop guides. This role requires strong learning skills, understanding of federal financial processes, and ongoing user interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop training/reference guide materials
  • Maintain knowledge base on client SharePoint site
  • Train users of the financial system and related applications and processes
  • Provide guidance and walk-through for individuals and group users
  • Coordinate and schedule training classes
  • Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedures

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent training and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and business systems
  • Experience with financial applications
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Detail-oriented while clear on the "big picture"
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and support skills

Desired Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience supporting federal financial systems
  • Experience with Momentum financial system
