Job Summary/Company:

Are you seeking a remote position where you can showcase your professional phone skills and eventually move onsite in 2021 with reasonable commute to Hagerstown, MD area? Sparks Group is seeking engaging, professional, Customer Support Representatives to support an organization in Hagerstown, MD. If you have previous office, retail or restaurant experience and/or excellent communication skills that will easily transition into an office environment, then apply now and CALL today! Responsibilities:
  • Remotely respond to inquiries from a customer base that spans across individuals, medical professionals and students, medical and academic faculty and researchers who interact with customer service via phone, email, web-based queries and other forms of correspondence with questions relating to their account/invoicing
  • Professionally maintain and update accounts
  • Responsible for completing administrative and invoice related documentation
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment in which the ability to make independent decisions is highly valued
  • Manage a variety of inquiries, billing issues and product/service concerns in the health or medical industry

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Ability to begin remotely and eventually move onsite in 2021 with reasonable commute to Hagerstown, MD area.
  • Ability to work 11am-7:30pm
  • Minimum 6 months-1 year minimum of related customer service whether face to face or in an office setting
  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability to supply your own laptop and cell phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MSOffice
  • Bilingual English/Spanish plus however not a must
