Applies expertise to support program development; project execution; business and technical operations; or as required to support technical and organizational tasks for PMS integration within USN operational, support, and engineering/ sustainment environments.

Essential Job Functions:

Assists and leads both analysis of current or in-work systems and the planning of future systems

Supports process improvement to initiatives to increase effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Executes processes and methods to identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with assigned projects.

Develops and maintains planning documentation and conducts planning efforts necessary to identify, schedule, execute, and monitor project-related tasks.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma or GED plus 13 years of experience, an Associate's degree plus 7 years or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technical Discipline plus 5 years of experience is required.

Must possess a DoD Secret security clearance.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business operations, systems requirements, operational requirements, test & evaluation, performance enhancement, systems integration, organizational leadership or training.

3 years of experience with the Navy's 3M system and PMS. Experience to include interpretation and use of NAVSEAINST 4790.8C

Active NAVSEA RCM Level II or higher certification is required.

Desired Skills:

Previous Fleet, Type Commander or Systems Command staff experience

Program Planning or Program Development experience

Recent operational experience with Navy Maintenance, PMS/3M systems.
