Do you have Grant Management Certification with at least 3 years of experience in Grant Management within the Federal Government? Our government client is looking for up to three contractors for at least 1 year to be responsible for the daily maintenance of established grants with values ranging from $15-30M. These are construction grants dealing with infrastructure development, so that type of background is preferred. The bulk of the duties will include invoice and report processing, grant modifications and daily communication.
Responsibilities will include administering and monitoring a portfolio of grants in the Post award life cycle. Will also facilitate modifications, process invoices, manage administrative functions such as termination or closeout of grants and agreement awards, and process periodic reports submitted by grantees.
These three contractors will serve as liaisons between the government and awardee organizations, external customers, recipients, and the awardee community to clarify, interpret and resolve issues as they arise.
A 4-year degree is required along with expert knowledge of Federal Grants laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Must also have knowledge of financial methods, procedures, and practices to assess the financial stability of recipients of federal grants or cooperative agreements. Knowledge of negotiating techniques and the ability to communicate technical information is also required.
Grant Management Certification or Grant Management Training is highly preferred. Experience using Delphi e-Invoicing is also preferred. The duties and responsibilities of this job will require some travel as soon as the COVID crisis has abated. The period of service on this contract is at least 1 year with options to renew.
