Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Needs Assessment Supervisor who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As the Needs Assessment Supervisor, you will:
•Provides clinical guidance and supervision to NAC Clinicians and Coordinators and carries out the personnel activities associated with direct staff supervision; including performance management and employee relations functions.
•Assists director with clinical oversight of clinicians in the Emergency Room and office, to include - Social Workers, Professional Counselors and RNs, and Coordinators
•Assists with monthly schedule for ongoing staffing coverage
•Designs training and development activities to enhance own knowledge and skills consistent with the organization's mission, vision, values, and goals
•Conducts clinical Assessments, refers to appropriate level of care, and facilitates admissions to BHWS when appropriate.

Qualifications Include:
•Requires the individual to work with minimal supervision. Guidance is available as necessary, however, the individual is expected to be able to function autonomously and make individual decisions when appropriate
•Preferred Master's degree in counseling, social work, human services, Registered Nurse or any closely related field.
•Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including experience in needs assessment.
•At least one-year management experience and leadership ability.
•LCSW-C or LCPC required
•CPR/First Aid Certification
