Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Project Management Master Scheduler to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. As a member of the Systems Development and Maintenance (SDM) team, the individual will support a team of Project Management Analyst's responsible for the development, testing and implementation of software applications. The Scheduler will be the subject matter expert for all programs and project activities related to scheduling and will provide expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project Online.

Responsibilities
• Function as a facilitator at all levels throughout the project lifecycle to create and maintain project schedules using MS Project
• Communicates effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
• Define and sequence project activities, tracking baseline and updating performance
• Control and maintain sub-schedules, while also evaluating schedule health
• Perform critical path assessments, analysis and reporting
• Perform work with minimal supervision
• Assist in planning and scheduling of activities to establish and accomplish objectives

Required Qualifications
• BA/BS in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, or related field
• 6 years of overall relevant experience; 2 years of experience facilitating project schedules in MS Project, preferable in the software development environment
• Expertise with MS Project/MS Project Online
• Expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Ability to establish rapport with key participants of the project teams

Desired Qualifications
• Experience with Power BI Reporting
• PMP or CAPM certification
• MS in Project Management
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with MS Project or MS Project Server
• Experience with CMMI-Dev Principles
