Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Workday Finance Support Analyst who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The role of the Workday Finance Support Analyst is to support the Workday Finance Administrator in managing the Workday enterprise system in the area of Finance. This includes assisting with review and disposition of service tickets delegated by the Service Desk, testing and rollout of routine releases from Workday, report writing and system/organization administration. Additionally, the Workday Finance Support Analyst will have/acquire the skill-set to help new and existing users develop and enhance their knowledge of Workday.

As a Workday Finance Support Analyst, you will:
• Serve as lead for report writing to meet needs of Financial Operations team.
•.Provide routine support for the following Workday functional areas: General Ledger, Business Assets, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, and Projects.
•.Participate in Workday major releases, as directed by Workday Finance Administrator.
•.Maintenance of security roles for Finance.
•.Provide tier 2 level support (tier 1= helpdesk, tier 3=workday finance administrator) to end-users of the Workday platform. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and following through on any reported or unresolved issues ensuring timely and reliable response.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration or related field (equivalency considered)
• Minimum 1 year experience with Financial, cloud-based ERP systems
• Workday experience highly preferred
• Workday module certifications a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Strong desire to problem solve
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and directed with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Deadline oriented
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with schedule to meet deadlines
