The Compliance Data Coordinator (CDC) will perform various data tasks regarding the management of databases for compliance activities that involves the review of data for accuracy and completeness, data validation, and other database management tasks as assigned. The CDC will coordinate data collection and analysis system wide for Compliance related events. The CDC will assist in coordinating other data initiatives involving the conflict of interest management system, and other software applications used by the Compliance Department. The Compliance Data Coordinator will perform other duties as assigned to support the functions of the Compliance Department.


Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Minimum Work Experience
2 years - Experience in a data entry and data management or related position (Required)

Experience with healthcare compliance and enterprise risk management databases (Preferred)

Experience in project management is a plus (Preferred)

Required Skills/Knowledge
Excellent computer skills in the use of SQL, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint (MS Office).

Functional Accountabilities

Data Management
1. Review incident reports
2. Enter new incidents as directed
3. Perform additional data management tasks as directed
4. Handle confidential information in the appropriate manner
5. Manage databases and applications utilized by Compliance

Application Customer Service
1. Maintain Compliance Department applications access per protocol
2. Maintain data integrity in Compliance systems
3. Perform additional customer service duties regarding Compliance Department applications as directed.

Coordination of Data Collection and Analysis
1. Provide support in data collection and analysis
2. Identify new opportunities for data collection
3. Coordinate with other departments to create forms for data collection and reporting
4. Create custom forms for data analysis.
5. Maintain compliance dashboards
6. Develop new dashboards as needed
7. Configure regular reports and ensure delivery in a timely fashion
8. Assist in arranging audit data, developing and maintaining tracking reports and preparing metric visuals
9. Support Compliance with developing and using data to determine reporting trends.
10. Create ad hoc data or report requests as requested
