Job Summary/Company: Sparks has partnered with a fast growing, successful tech start up that is looking for an experienced Training Director for their Member Support Department. This candidate must have previous experience managing or training in a contact or call center environment, have extensive knowledge in tech and a proven track record of successfully managing a training department while directly overseeing multiple trainers. This is a Direct Hire position with a company that boasts a unique and revered culture, room for professional growth and other considerable benefits/perks. (*This role does require you to work onsite and be local to the DC, MD, VA area.)

Responsibilities:
- Directly manage 5-6 trainers
- Create and deliver a Member Support training program; implement new and effective strategies to streamline the training process
- Help to improve training content and make it digestible to a diverse pool
- Successfully track training effectiveness and create development plans for underperformers
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Previous experience managing/training in a contact/call center environment
- At least 3 years experience in cultivating and leading a training program
- Tech industry experience and the ability to synthesize tech product knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for delivering hands on training
- Minimum 2 years experience working with SMEs to develop training designs
- Bachelors Degree
