Adventist Healthcare is now hiring a Nurse Residency Facilitator (RN) to join our Nursing Support Team!

The Nurse Residency Facilitator (RN) will be someone who embraces our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. This person will facilitate the progression of the nurse resident in the clinical arena to assess progress. The Nurse Residency Facilitator (RN) will work with the Nurse Residency Coordinator in the planning and deployment of the Nurse Residency Program as well as develop a Preceptor course.

As a Nurse Residency Facilitator (RN) you will:
• Round on Nurse Residents and Preceptors in clinical areas to assess progress and provide real-time coaching
• Provide/instruct monthly Education courses and activities
• Participate in collaborative meetings with the Nurse Residency Coordinator, Nurse Manager, Preceptor and Resident
• Plan and implement events such as Resident pinning ceremony and graduation

Qualifications Include:
• BSN Degree, MSN preferred with focus in leadership or education
• Three (3) years of Nursing experience in an acute care setting
• One (1) year experience as supervisor or preceptor
• RN License issued by State of Maryland
