White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire a Care Navigation Administrative Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As the Care Navigation Administrative Coordinator, you will:
•Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to one or more Directors, Managers, or Coordinators.
•Oversee the management of office functions, including accounting and payroll functions, scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining a professional office environment.
•Maintain well-organized file system and office area including accurate files for all correspondence, and projects.
•Develop and maintains department head schedule including coordinating and prioritizing appointments
•Respond to incoming mail and calls promptly, professionally and courteously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
•Prepare and distributes communications as needed by the department head.
•Support Inpatient and Outpatient Care Navigation Department

Qualifications Include:
•Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
•Excellent computer skills and the ability to manage computer files, operate office equipment and use of EHR
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA at all times
•Associates Degree in business or related field from an accredited college.
•2-5 years of office management experience.
•Proficient in PC skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet, and GroupWise, ability to work independently and handle a multi-task environment and strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to use office related machines (fax, copier, computer, printer).
