Job Description

• File disbursement - ensuring the check or wire is in the correct amount to the correct person and place. 
• Preparing loan packages to lender
• Recording packages
• Provides informed and accurate responses to questions from clients and sales associates regarding post closing issues.
• Monitoring water, repair, post settlement occupancy escrow releases

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of the post closing process.

Ability to interact with co-workers and clients in a professional manner.

Exceptional organization, attention to detail, time management and follow-up skills.

The ability to prioritize, multi-task, work under time constraints and being reliable.

Experience with Title Express (TSS), Qualia and Green Folders preferred.

Additional Information

This position is based in our office in Bethesda, MD.  The hours of the position are 9:00 - 5:30 PM.  Please only prinicals, no staffing or recruiting agencies.
