Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a prominent D.C.-based hospital to support internal and external communication efforts. Individuals with a strong customer service background, preferably in a high-volume call center, are encouraged to apply. The department operates 365 days per year, so interested applicants should have flexibility to work weekends.

This is a 100% on-site position.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from hospital visitors and serve as a resource to resolve issues and answers questions
  • Support internal communication including: paging doctors, routing calls, and facilitating emergency responses
  • Manage a database system for calling and scheduling
  • Maintain a high level of customer service

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • High volume call center experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-faced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a day or evening shift
  • Flexibility to work weekends
