Looking for a temp-to-hire college grad with a year or two of admin experience who is well versed with InDesign and is PC and Mac proficient. Perfect for recent grads with admin internships who have strong skills with the Adobe InDesign suite. Both candidates are professional, focused, mature for their level of experience, have the natural ability to anticipate needs and have a keen eye for detail.

The Executive Assistant and Coordinator will provide executive support to the Executive Director and Vice President of Customer Solutions. Duties will include maintaining calendar, coordinating and scheduling all calls and meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining files both paper and electronic. This role will additionally provide support to the Customer Solutions teams by providing data analysis and finalizing reports and documents (including design and layout), keeping website and social media platforms up-to-date, and managing operational activities (budgets, invoices, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of one to two years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have excellent organizational and event management skills.
  • Must have ability to, and interest in, learning new skills and techniques required for the job.
  • Must be self-starter, highly independent, and flexible.
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and successfully juggle priority projects.
  • Outstanding computer skills (Mac and PC), especially with MS Office and InDesign.
  • Must be able to learn new technologies as needed. Internet research skills essential.
  • Experience with budgeting and working knowledge of budgeting practices is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with senior-level executives and teams is essential.
  • Writing skills a plus.
