Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Technical Program Analysis, Team Lead to support a Federal Government client.

Responsibilities
  • Provide management and technical oversight on projects
  • Projects will include infusing technology (SharePoint, Dynamics, RPA, PowerApps, etc.) into business processes such as connecting worldwide organization operating 63 offices in 47 countries, improving human capital/accounting/budgeting workflow

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of solutions in the areas of administrative policies, program management, financial management, and related workflows
  • Analytical experience demonstrating complex analysis and problem-solving involving critical thinking and triaging of competing assignments
  • Experience meeting with client POCs (such as CORs and PMs) to present and discuss project progress, milestones, adjustments to schedules, and planning for new projects
  • 10+ years of overall experience

Desired Qualifications
  • CPA, CFA, PMP, or Data Programming certifications
  • Master's degree, preferably in Business, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a similar field

Clearance
