IBM SuccessFactors HR Managing Consultant in Bethesda , Maryland Introduction As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Your Role and Responsibilities The SuccessFactors Human Resource (HR) Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in SuccessFactors Employee Central Additional experience in one or more of the following is essential Compensation (both basic and variable pay), Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Succession, Employee Central Payroll, Workforce Planning and Analytics. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors applications. The consultant should have previous consulting experience and will configure modules, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions. The role will be responsible for assisting clients in comparison of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) application solutions and SuccessFactors HR application solutions, while making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client's needs. The consultant will be responsible for having knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap. A consultant in this area will also be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs while involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. Required Technical and Professional Expertise A minimum of 5 years of experience with the following: SuccessFactors certification is required for this position. Minimum of 5 years' experience implementing SuccessFactors HCM and sub-modules as a SuccessFactors Lead/Solution Architect.
