RT America/T&R Production"s is looking for a Graphic Artist with motion graphic design experience to contribute to the design, conceptualization and execution of broadcast graphics for on air and off air programing, digital design, image promotion and non-broadcast video projects.As a member of a production team, the Graphic Artist works collaboratively with the other team members, designers and directors to create compelling up-to-date 2D and 3D design concepts and/or animation appropriate to the project and keeping with the network"s graphics standards and overall graphics look. This includes, but is not limited to, program titles, program opens, credits, lower third IDs, and still graphics. This role will include digital design and video editing and production for on air, digital and social media platforms.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:A' A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Conceptualize, design, develop, execute and animate broadcast design projects such as show packaging, promos, and other motion design elements for on-air, off-air, social, digital, and marketing materials.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Collaborate with designers, team members and directors to produce up to date 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations for digital, and on-air/off-air platforms.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Work effectively across a multitude of departments and roles (video editors, static designers, product designers, etc.) to edit compelling videos.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Create, design and execute graphics in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Cinema 4D for the on air promo department and marketing team.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Must be able to work in an active, fast paced (over time as required) news environment where priorities can change.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Other duties as assigned by DirectorRequirements A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' 4+ Years" experience in broadcast design, motion graphics and animation.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Strong well-polished portfolio and showreel.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Premiere, and cinema 4DA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Bachelor"s degree in art or comparable work experience.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Strong understanding of graphic design software: Cinema 4D, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Juggle multiple assignments, work under tight deadlines and possess positive attitude for feedback.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A strong collaborative spirit and ability to work and communicate effectively with varying personalities.A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Basic understanding of sound design for motion graphicsA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Strong design and typography skillsA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Mac & PC A cents € " Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' VIZ Artist knowledge preferred but not required.ABOUT OUR COMPANYA' :RT is a 24/7 international news channel that broadcasts in the US and around the world.
