Responsibilities: Liaise between different business teams to gather business requirements, validation rules, and stakeholder expectations for budget and expenditure reporting data streams, evaluation standard operating protocols, as well as other work streams. Conduct user acceptance testing in IT systems related to work streams Identify opportunities for efficiencies with data management and innovative approaches to completing scope of work Lead interagency working group sessions to facilitate discussions around methodologies for user management and data collection, storage, analysis, approval, and release. Ensure end user access and data approval workflows in systems are compatible based on business requirements. Develop communications, training materials, and other end user support materials for supported work streams, in addition to direct end user support and issue resolution. Support the creation of data collection and analytical Excel tools using advanced Excel skills, including testing the functionality of the tool (data entry/formulas/formatting/analysis) Develop understanding of financial data structures and data streams Support testing and validation activities for all systems and tools to ensure data integrity and compatibility, including data exchange and data import processes Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports Document key aspects of data management workflows and system releases Assist in proposal development, as requested Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field 3-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in data analysis, IT project management, computer technology, software, machine learning, analytics, mathematics, or statistics Experience establishing and maintaining dashboards (eg Excel, Tableau, etc.) and reports Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience Experience preparing briefings and other written materials for executives Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools, research skills Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; capability to resolve complex problems Self-starter, highly organized; Works well with all functional levels in the organization Prior professional services or federal consulting experience Active Secret Security Clearance Desired: PMP and/or CGFM certification Knowledge or experience with Health Information Systems/DHIS2/DATIM platforms Experience with MicroStrategy and SharePoint platforms Familiarity with the PEPFAR program Exposure and experience in International Development settings a plus.
