About the Role The SocialScape Client Data Analyst is responsible for leading the characterization, validation, and visualization of client data into our Socially Determined data model in support of the company s broader effort to analyze client data and return compelling results. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter skilled at quickly delivering high quality analysis with limited direction. This individual should have client-facing experience and deep familiarity with EHR and claims dataset to facilitate the collaborative data characterization process. The Client Data Analyst will also participate in post-ingestion analysis and visualization. Attention to detail, accuracy, and an ability to carry a project through from beginning to end are critical. What you ll do: Work clients through the data request and transfer process and evaluate raw data upon receipt Build a deep understanding of client datasets and develop a thorough approach for characterizing and validating data with clients Identify core components currently used for analysis and regularly suggest novel analytical applications for client datasets Design and build client-ready dashboards and reports tailored to meet clients needs and to illuminate key findings Maintain consistently high quality, accuracy, consistency, and speed in analysis and the development of visualizations Integrate data from multiple scores to produce required data elements What you ll need: Minimum of 2 years experience with P/SQL and visualization tools (Qlik preferred) Self-starter with the ability to work accurately and quickly with little direction Close attention to detail, quality, and accuracy Strong client-facing skills and comfort with detailed, technical discussions about complex datasets Ability to independently reason through the design and development of a client dashboard Strong time and task management skills to balance multiple projects Other duties as assigned
