A' At CAVA, you will have the opportunity to design and implement the brand's creative future - how cool is that! We are looking for a visionary and self-driven Creative Director to lead our creative and content team, including art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, video producers and content designers. This is a key marketing leadership position, so a strong track record of leading teams and ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally is a must. Core Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong acumen in the business, the brand, the customer experience, culture and the industry. Design the brand's long-term creative vision and implement consistently across all channels. In alignment with marketing key initiatives and with appreciation for storytelling, lead creative team to develop compelling brand and performance marketing campaigns that meet /exceed goals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of an evolving and growing business and influence as needed to champion brand vision. Manage a matrix of external creative partners and effectively and efficiently evaluate performance to align with the needs of the brand and the organization. Coach and mentor creative team and lead hiring and development. Effectively manage creative budget A' Core Competencies A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to lead a team through ideation and execution of innovative creative strategies, leveraging powerful and emotional storytelling to deliver consumer engagement. A strong track record of developing creative that drives meaningful business results. Strong acumen in providing clear and actionable creative feedback to internal and external creative teams. Strong business writing, storytelling, communication, presentation skills Demonstrated ability to think strategically in your creative ideation Experience with championing creative designed in collaboration with paid, earned and owned channel leaders. Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics Experience with inspiring, engaging and coaching team through change and growth. Frame and drive a creative vision for a client to fruition Orchestrate, nurture and inspire disciplines in the creation of that vision across its varied executions (print, video, digital, experiential, etc) Cultivate positive morale and address issues that dampen it. Equally skilled at concepting as executing Dynamic presenter, able to engage senior level leaders and build a strategic narrative for each creative solution. Advanced level of proficiency in Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite (including PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro and/or After Effects) A passion to be part of a team- this is not a job
