We are looking for a self-driven Marketing Project Manager who is a big picture thinker, with meticulous attention to detail. You have the perfect balance of organization, collaboration and approachability, with a track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish, on time and within budget. You are passionate about strategic execution and bring extensive project management experience developing & managing efficient creative and marketing processes.The Responsibilities!End to end project management, project planning, detailed implementation, and efficient completion of a multi-project portfolio - on brand, on time, on budget, within quality standards.Design and implement project management best practices across marketing organization. Analyze campaign workflow and drive improvements through scalable, efficient new processes to optimize resources at all times.Design and lead process for vetting, prioritizing and greenlight incoming projects.Collaboratively align with marketing strategy, creative and channel teams to understand campaign vision and KPIs, and strategically execute the vision from brief through launch.Proactively communicate timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals and expectations with stakeholders and marketing team members.Lead cross functional teams through planning and execution of national and regional brand storytelling; including brand and retail moments, product campaigns, and community experiences.Oversee asset creation and creative delivery for all channels including owned (site, store, email, etc), paid (digital, social, OOH, etc.) and earned channels (PR).Partner with internal channel and functional partners in identifying and communicating operational changes or challenges relevant to project management. Collaboratively problem solve as project challenges arise.Own and proactively manage project marketing budget and multi-workstream timelines through project lifecycle.Oversee creative QA across all projects.Ensure all project meetings have clear agendas, meeting recap notes, and actionable next steps.Proactively facilitate pause-and-learn moments to identify opportunities for process improvement and champion application of learnings to future projects.The Skills!Demonstrate strong acumen in and curiosity for business, brand, customer experience, culture.Must have strong expertise in leading high visibility projects within the advertising, design and/or communications functionsProven experience authoring and implementing marketing practices and procedures.Experience with driving brand equity through operational efficiencies.Collaborative, solutions focused, organized, true to deadlines, helpful in attitude, and adaptable to ever-changing demands.Builds, manages and maintains healthy internal partner & client relationships. Encourages cross-functional team members to share, build on, and challenge new ideas or solutions.Responsive and efficient - ability to organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards & deadlines; be flexible but assertive.Takes responsibility and ownership for own tasks, decisions and outcomes. Continuously generates new ideas, strategy and solutions - assessing options and taking risks as needed.Superb attention to detail, good judgement and listening skills.Bachelors or masters degree and/or 5-8+ years of creative management and/or account marketing experience within an agency or brand or category marketing organization.
