Meet our professionals CGI: A company committed to clients Position Description: Junior, Mid-level, and Senior business analysts needed to support a client's financial implementation, including operations and maintenance, tier 3 support, and system upgrade support. The role requires knowledge of federal financial and/or acquisitions management, analytical skills, and good communication skills. Candidate should have experience elucidating requirements and building designs, working with developers, and supporting client requirements gathering and business process re-engineering. ERP experience desired. Your future duties and responsibilities: Perform requirements gathering and tracking, analyzing business processes, recommending improvements, providing tier 2/3 functional support, creating/updating designs, creating/maintaining documentation, resolving user issues, identifying and reporting defects, conducting demos, testing configuration changes, testing/troubleshooting software functionality, creating/updating release notes, working with technical/development teams to resolve software issues, and support user acceptance testing Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Knowledge of federal financial or acquisitions management as well as systems knowledge; Some experienced with Software Development Lifecycles.
