MedStar Radiology Network, a large outpatient medical imaging facility with multiple locations in Maryland and Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced Regional Radiology Administrator/Director with multi-site OP experience, to lead their busy imaging center operations. The Regional Administrator must have strong business acumen with extensive experience and a proven track record of success in engaging and leading the imaging center sales, business office and clinical teams to achieve desired results in five categories: quality, service, people, growth and finance. Responsibilities include budget/business development, sales and marketing strategy, operational strategy to ensure a constant state of regulatory compliance, safe patient care, imaging practices, and a positive patient experience. Candidates will be evaluated and incentivized based on their ability to achieve results by translating the organizational vision and objectives into meaningful and measurable operational goals. The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of senior leadership and management experience in the outpatient sector of healthcare, preferably outpatient medical imaging. Clinical Management experience (CRA/ARRT) and/or a degree in business or related field required, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
