The Assistant Food and Beverage/Outlets Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel that include, the three meal restaurant, a lounge/bar and our in-room delivery service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about caring for our guest and colleagues while ensuring high levels of customer care and service. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful. we are looking for some one with hospitality, Food & Beverage and or stand alone restaurant experience. Must be able to work in a fast paced & diverse environment. Must have great interpersonal skills with guest and colleagues alike. This shift will mainly be evenings.
