Our client, an AMLAW 200 firm, known for its excellent work environment, is looking to hire a Trademark & Intellectual Property Paralegal. This paralegal will be responsible for routine trademark portfolio management tasks and provide high-level paralegal support to attorneys in the Firm's Intellectual Property Department, with emphasis on USPTO/WIPO filings, trademark prosecution tasks, reporting, and docketing. The ideal candidate would have three or more years of trademark prosecution and global portfolio management experience in a law firm setting. They will need to be highly detailed in all aspects of work, including e-filing, correspondence, and docketing. A Bachelor's Degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is highly desired.
