Building and operating a journalism-style content group is the critical next step on the path to making that happen.QOMPLX is seeking a thoughtful journalist and skilled manager to join the award-winning members of its Marketing management team as Director of Content and Editing. Through day-in, day-out operations management and long-term project leadership, you will drive QOMPLX's strategic decisions on how we speak to the problems our technology solutions address, and how we communicate our differentiated advantages to business and technology audiences, delivering agenda-setting content to sophisticated audiences.We're looking for a dedicated and confident mentor and coach to both developing writers and experienced ones "A cents € an enthusiastic collaborator, a "player-coach"A' , an energetic leader, and an advocate for forceful storytelling with a commitment to making strong writers even better. As a communications leader, you will represent QOMPLX both internally and externally.You'll be just as comfortable steering long-form storytelling narrative projects as you are assigning and editing daily communications. You'll use sound editorial judgment to help writers determine how to tell stories with maximum impact "A cents € which formats to employ; which key questions to answer; how to provide insight and analysis to our targeted audiences; whether to go big, go fast, or both. You are fiercely committed to journalistic quality and equally eager to internalize and communicate strategies for building new communications products and measuring our success in building and engaging audiences.Core responsibilities include assigning tasks, collaborating with writers on their story concepts, story shaping and editing, and work with all parts of the Marketing and company organization "A cents € including our Graphic Design, Product Marketing, PR, Lead Generation, Public Policy, and company executives "A cents € to produce content in a range of forms and on a variety of platforms.
