We are seeking experienced HVAC/R Field Service Technicians to join our growing field service team throughout the Eastern United States. If you join our growing team in the Fredericksburg, VA service territory you will work with new and existing customers to perform troubleshooting and repair, start-up, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and retrofits of our products. Key Elements include: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities and provide emergency repair services Perform system modifications and/or software and parameter updates, as needed Provide onsite troubleshooting and repair of AHT and third party products and services Provide technical support to customers and contractors via telephone and e-mail Complete all required paperwork, ie. work requests, time sheets, expense reports, and Field Service Reports Minimum of 5 years of related HVAC/R experience and/or training Certified in the use and handling of refrigerants Familiarity with various hand tools, refrigeration tools including pumps for evacuation and glycol, and standard tools for use in supermarket maintenance. Computer and software tools used to adjust parameters and diagnosis Understanding of Self Contained Refrigeration technologies and Mechanical Equipment to support Full Store System designs including Waste Heat Systems, Cold Rooms, and Heat Pumps Must possess a valid drivers license in state of residence and be able to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time Must be available to work different schedules on a daily basis as determined by the availability demands of the client 75% -80% overnight travel is possible Familiarity with MS Office programs to include: Word, Excel, and email programs is required Benefits of joining AHT?
