This position will help build a newly merged membership & marketing department, craft strategy for promotion of all Association programs and products, and directly oversee execution of all marketing campaigns. You will work with the director of engagement on the critical efforts of building industry awareness and driving customer engagement. This includes but is not limited to: managing project intake and execution processes, serving as primary liaison to internal stakeholders, development of social media strategy, interfacing with external vendors and member volunteers, maintaining distinct marketing lists based on audience demographics, and tracking campaign data to recommend tactical shifts, program refinements and process improvements.
