We are searching for an individual who is collaborative, creative and can be an effective recruitment and human resources partner, committed to providing superior customer service to employees, applicants and managers. Responsibilities Will be responsible for executing an effective recruitment strategy aligned with organizational needs. Collaborate with Capital Caring Health leadership, marketing staff, educators, and others as appropriate, to ensure the timely and effective interview and selection of the highest caliber candidates. The Recruiter engages in full life-cycle recruitment to include pre-screening, interview assessments, references, and staffing consultation. Will utilize various sourcing tactics to include: social media, print media and on-line advertising, employee referrals, engagement at career fairs, and liaising with schools and universities. The healthcare recruiter is a pivotal part of the Human Resources team and actively participates in new hire orientation as well as participates in various HR projects. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare adminstration or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
