Meet our professionals CGI: A place to build an IT career Position Description:* CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a SailPoint Subject Matter Expert. * You will enhance the cyber security posture of numerous government agencies through improved implementation and enhancement of network monitoring and control tools and processes. * You will actively identify and mitigate a wide range of cyber risks and will also work closely with a variety of agency stakeholders, supporting their mission, priorities, organization and unique challenges. Your future duties and responsibilities:* Day-to-day activities include working with customer teams and supporting the planning, deployment and optimization for SailPoint tools. * Responsible for contributing to capability roadmap and for strategic direction for a continuously evolving cybersecurity service. * Experience configuring and troubleshooting SailPoint security application.* Experience configuring SailPoint to operate and discover security, application and operating system related items.* Must have experience in optimizing SailPoint to capture data and events, filter out unneeded items and configure SailPoint application itself to run efficiently.* Help with investigating connectivity issues and recommend corrective action.* Experience in documenting SailPoint operations, configurations and changes.* Experience to test, troubleshoot and recommend changes for SailPoint operation and security.* Experience in configuring SailPoint to report and alert through external systems (such as ServiceNow).* Work with Federal staff, vendors and contractors working with systems using SailPoint.* Experience in configuring and review SailPoint to filter out, confirm and/or identify false positives.* Handle product version upgrades and agent upgrades while adhering to change management guidelines.* Identify and implement automation of repetitive tasks.* Document, publish and maintain a knowledge base of information pertaining to the functionality, processes and procedures related to the tool.* Responsibilities include leading customer engineering teams. * Work closely with customer delivery managers to prioritize daily tasks. * Participate in technical meetings with customers' technical specialists. * Continuously improve customers' security deployments and integrate new technologies and services.* Work with a highly technical team focusing on integrating next generation cyber security technologies for a strategic federal customer. * Experience with network security with emphasis on data integrity. * Apply technical expertise in implementing efficiencies and creating strategies to better detect and respond to cyber incidents by prioritizing mitigation actions. * Ability to collaborate and lead a diverse group of security engineers in developing solutions for complex challenges. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:* Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required. * Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of experience in ICAM/IDAM or cyber security positions.* Experience working with SailPoint and integrating these capabilities into an enterprise cybersecurity service offering, including proficiency with Identity and Access Management policies. * Must have networking experience with design, implementation and configuration of large network enterprise experience.* Additionally, this individual must have experience as a trusted advisor, technical leader and cyber security expert for the organization. * This candidate will function as a security advisor and consultant for customers on people, policy, processes and technology issues surrounding security engagements while helping scope and design multi-vendor security solutions for large networks and supporting customers in their risk and threat mitigation solutions. Desired:* Security relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+.* Candidate should possess excellent knowledge of ICAM/IDAM, security assessment, vulnerability management and compliance auditing capabilities along with the drive to rapidly learn the newest technologies. * Must be able to analyze and clarify customer technical inquiries.* Must be able to analyze vulnerability scan results, system audits, log events and troubleshoot software issues.* Must have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT security concepts to include vulnerability and patch management, security operations, incident management and incident response. * The candidate must be able to work with other team members and groups, work with competing priorities and possess strong customer focus. * Understanding of federal cybersecurity guidance such as NIST SP 800-37 - Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach and NIST 800-137 - Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations. * Understanding of the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program (CDM). #CGIFEDERALJOB What you can expect from us: Build your career with us.
