Your future duties and responsibilities:* Acts as a database technology subject matter expert, providing technical leadership within the DBA team. Working with cross-functional teams in building, scalable enterprise solutions.* Establish and maintain performance baselines, troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations/fixes for identified issues.* Provides architectural guidelines to build and maintain scalable database environments.* Creates supports and administers relational databases.* Oversees the administration and performs hands-on administration of databases, related tools, processes and operations in large OLTP, batch and data warehouse environments.* Recommends solutions that require a definition of the physical structure and functional capabilities of databases and required data security and data backup/recovery specifications.* Ensures proper design, implementation, performance, availability, security, auditing and capacity management of related database systems.* Develops and implements standards and best practices Required qualifications to be successful in this role:* The expertise of Oracle database performance, integrity, and security* Experienced with MS SQL 2008, and newer versions, to include migration procedures upgrading existing databases* Experience writing packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers* Experience driving data quality and providing production support* Experience defining and creating data structures for schemas including tables, views, indexes etc.* Knowledge of best practices for database storage management, high availability, and data replication" Skills:* Database* DBA Oracle 10g* Oracle What you can expect from us: Build your career with us.
