Summary: The Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions, suggesting information about other products, processing orders, and resolving delivery issues. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming sales calls for stock, non-stock, or direct orders. Answer questions regarding price quoting and current delivery information. Ensures all information is keyed into our order management system accurately and timely. Proactively addresses internal issues with customers when necessary. Provides critical telephone backup support to our sales team. Qualifications: Able to represent the company in a positive manner using all forms of communication. Strong data entry and computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous customer service or related experience preferred. Interested in building strong relationships with our customers a must! Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with AS400 system a preferred. Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
