Groundswell Consulting Group is looking for a hands on Application Developer/ Senior Technical Consultant to be an integrated part of our delivery teams and a trusted technical advisor for our clients. In this role you will help scale our technical solutions and provide expert guidance on Appian implementations. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure applications built for our clients leverage industry standard best practices and forward-thinking designs for long term growth and flexibility. What you will be doing: Building applications in Appian to support various client projects and implementing complex system to system integrations Guiding clients (through solution demonstrations) on architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevOps, and other program initiatives to drive technical success and best practices Documenting functionality based on business requirements Working with clients to ensure all implementations are built for scale and performance, remediating any issues and technical risks early Providing technical analysis and insight in support of sales activities Providing thought leadership on platform implementation, process improvement, and technical innovation Mentoring junior resources as they progress in a technical career path Technologies you have work with: RDBMS (eg MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) Authentication (eg SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP) Integration (eg Middleware, JDBC, ESB, API, SOAP, REST, SOA) Object-oriented programming (eg Java, C++/C#, Perl, Python) Cloud Computing/IaaS/Hybrid Architectures (eg AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Source Control (eg Git, SVN, CVS) Application Servers (eg JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic, WebSphere) Web Servers (eg Apache, IIS) Operating Systems (eg Linux, Windows Server) Middleware/ESB (eg Mule, IBM IIB, Oracle Fusion) DevOps Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence Data management and data visualization/BI Groundswell Consulting Group is unable to sponsor H1-B or other visas at this time.
