What''s the catch? * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Minimum of 2 years full service restaurant experience at a Kitchen Manager or Assistant General Manager level required. * High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. * Serv Safe certified recommended & state and local alcohol enforcement where applicable. * Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work 55 hours per week. Reliable transportation required.
