Job Summary QOMPLX is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director who will build out and lead our go-to-market efforts forQOMPLX's core platform. Reporting to the CMO, this role is critical to our success. The successful candidate should be experienced in marketing a sophisticated technology platform designed to solve large data problems at scale, while at the same time being able to support the marketing of individual industry vertical products built on top of the platform. We're looking for a leader who has prior experience working in the SaaS market with a strong understanding of technology. The right candidate will have hands-on experience in SaaS with a background leading cross-functional teams and creating marketing content for both business and technical audiences that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful. You'll collaborate with other members of the Marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand by presenting the platform's value proposition that clearly articulates how we solve our buyers' problems. Responsibilities Market intelligence - be the expert on our buyers: who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria Understand the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition in the platform space and how they are positioned Collaborate with the product team and Marketing communications to develop messaging and new product-focused marketing content that resonates with our target buyer personas Understand our buyers' processes, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and market processes based on what you learn. Work closely with engineering and product management to become an expert in our platform Work across the marketing team to help set go-to-market strategy and support digital, partner, and marketing event efforts Track the success of individual content and make recommendations for new technical marketing initiatives Contribute to overall content marketing strategy with focus on creative and dynamic content that embodies thought leadership Consistently test and enhance lead-nurturing activities through measurement and optimization to support sales enablement Development of a social media plan and program Ensure best-in-breed digital engagement experience (web, email) using creative and proven techniques to increase traffic, page views, duration and conversion Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business leaders to facilitate feedback, refine strategy, and ensure go-to-market alignment and overall program success Qualifications Reside in the greater Washington DC area or able to relocate Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant work experience 3 + years working in SaaS, demonstrating deep understanding of problems and solutions Demonstrable proficiency with modern tools, technology, and best practices in web, social media, content marketing, SEO, and content syndication Experience supporting marketing/demand generation programs for data platform as-a-service solutions Strong competency in creating, writing, and optimizing campaign assets Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on translating complex technical content into digestible, persona specific, impactful messaging Strong attention to detail with excellent project management skills Energetic and tenacious team player with a passion for helping customers solve complex problems with innovative technology Bring a problem-solver mentality to proactively identify and prioritize problems; continuously working towards resolution and for the benefit of the team at-large Track record for working independently with minimal supervision Desirable Career path and growth oriented - a strong desire take-on additional responsibilities High energy with a positive attitude Eager and willingness to learn Strong problem solving and analytical analysis skills Operate with high integrity and respect Enjoys and is willing to contribute to a collaborate environment About QOMPLX QOMPLX applies artificial intelligence to solve complex, real-world problems at scale.
