Seeking a motivated, driven Associate to join a well-respected medical real estate brokerage firm in the Washington DC metro area. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Washington, DC metro area.A' ResponsibilitiesWork with healthcare providers and medical professionals to find new medical or dental office space for lease and purchaseAssist with negotiating lease renewalsAssist landlords in finding new medical and dental tenants for their buildingsHelp clients network with local area contractors, lawyers, architects, medical suppliers and more to ensure that their business needs are metQualificationsBachelor's degree in any subjectProfessional working experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCharacter traits desired: Positive attitude, humility, eagerness to learn, self-starter, organized, hard-workerMaryland real estate license preferred but not required (If selected, the company will sponsor you to acquire it)Additional RequirementsThe candidate will be expected to set his/her own work hours and will have the ability to work from home. He/she will ideally have his/her own vehicle to attend meetings, interface with clients and landlords, etc.Compensation~$50,000 base with stipend and potential bonus. Experienced associates have the potential to make $150,000 or more a year.
