JOB TITLE: Sales Development Representative FUNCTIONAL AREA: Commercial Are you driven by results and achieving goals? Would you like to interact with senior executives from some of the world s leading companies? Challenger is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative. As a Representative, you will be partnered with a Sales Executive focused on generating and renewing business for Challenger. Your time will be spent cultivating current clients and finding new sales opportunities. You will also conduct qualitative analyses, create presentation materials, and draft up proposals. You will also provide logistical and administrative support in pursuit of meeting service and renewal goals. The collaboration will be key with team leaders to manage deliverables and meet deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with a Sales Executive to identify opportunities for revenue growth in a dedicated territory Outreach to senior executives at organizations to generate interest in Challenger services and create commercial opportunities- outreach channels include cold calls, tailored emails and LinkedIn Recruit senior sales and marketing leaders to attend networking events, webinars, live seminars and conferences Conduct market research to identify business problems that relate to our solutions. Track all prospective client interactions through an internal database to ensure accurate and consistent reporting KEY EXPERIENCE: Bachelor s degree (BA or BS) required, 1-2 years of work experience preferred.
