We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Financial Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. Security Clearance: Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance Responsibilities: Tracks commitments, obligations and expenditures of assigned US Navy (USN) or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Review and analyze financial reports to determine case financial status Recommend actions to improve case financial status Use Mechanization of Contract Administrations Service (MOCAS), Standard Accounting & Reporting System (STARS), Case Execution Performances Tool (CEPT), Information Warehouse, Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) financial systems to analyze identify and resolve problem disbursements and to reconcile contracts and funding documents Provides information to the government customer by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations May include up to 10% travel Experience Requirements: 5-10 years of DoD/DON financial analyst experience Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Knowledge of FMS Financial Systems, particularly MOCAS, CEPT, Information Warehouse, MISIL, DIFS, COBRA MS Office proficiency, particularly with Excel EOE/M/F/ Disability/Vet VEVRAA Federal Contractor
