We are seeking a passionate clean energy enthusiast to join our Product Operations team as an Analyst and massively scale our burgeoning community solar program through stellar account management and project execution. One of our most popular offerings, community solar is the fastest-growing segment of the solar market, enabling anyone to benefit from solar energy by digitally subscribing to a remotely located solar farm -- with no installation required and guaranteed savings. The Product Operations Analyst will help us continue to grow this line of business and deliver positive experiences to Arcadia members & partners alike by owning relationships with key solar developers and managing community solar operations across a wide range of state and utility programs. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient yet a team player, meticulous with an affinity for data, and excellent at stakeholder management and communication. This role is based in Washington, DC and will report to the Director, Product Operations. Additionally, the Product Operations Analyst will collaborate extensively with Product and other Product Operations teammates as well as cross-functionally with colleagues in Corporate Strategy & Business Development, Member Experience, Finance, and Analytics & Data Science.
