We are seeking a passionate clean energy enthusiast to join our Product Operations team as an Analyst and massively scale our burgeoning community solar program through stellar account management and project execution. One of our most popular offerings, community solar is the fastest-growing segment of the solar market, enabling anyone to benefit from solar energy by digitally subscribing to a remotely located solar farm -- with no installation required and guaranteed savings. The Product Operations Analyst will help us continue to grow this line of business and deliver positive experiences to Arcadia members & partners alike by owning relationships with key solar developers and managing community solar operations across a wide range of state and utility programs. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient yet a team player, meticulous with an affinity for data, and excellent at stakeholder management and communication. This role is based in Washington, DC and will report to the Director, Product Operations. Additionally, the Product Operations Analyst will collaborate extensively with Product and other Product Operations teammates as well as cross-functionally with colleagues in Corporate Strategy & Business Development, Member Experience, Finance, and Analytics & Data Science. Responsibilities Manage post-sales partnerships with solar developers & ensure the ongoing mutual success of these relationships through regular communication, support, and contractual fulfillment Analyze our member data, evaluate community solar program eligibility, and manage enrollments in concert with our internal product and data analytics teams Connect members to community solar projects using Excel, utility forms, and our proprietary software tools to complete the enrollment process Initiate and manage communications, including but not limited to enrollment campaigns, project updates, and savings reports, with current & future potential community solar subscribers Track important project milestones, including subscription levels, enrollment timelines, savings results, and more Prepare & present reports for external energy industry partners, incorporating operational improvements based on partner feedback Become a community solar subject matter expert and contribute to maintaining our knowledgebase of utility-specific operating procedures and regulations Support our Member Experience team, providing insight needed to answer customer questions and/or troubleshoot account issues Build relationships with utility representatives to maintain active community solar subscriptions and ensure accurate bill crediting Requirements Bachelor s degree and 2+ years professional experience in an analytical role Fundamental proficiency with Excel and data manipulation Rigorous attention to detail Collaborative, team-first attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of taking initiative, creatively problem-solving, and implementing processes & best practices Flexibility and excitement to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs Passion for our mission, sustainability, and helping drive a clean-energy future Benefits Market-based compensation (salary + equity) Healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) and commuter benefits Paid Time Off (holidays, vacation, professional development, volunteer, parental leave) Professional development opportunities Weekly all-company lunches Free clean energy A chance to disrupt the energy sector Equal Opportunity Arcadia Power is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
