Visit our website to learn more! Position Summary The HR Associate will work closely with other recruiting team members to employ best practices in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that we are hiring the best possible talent and achieving staffing objectives for both Orr Group and our clients. The HR Associate will also have the opportunity to assist with various administrative tasks for Orr Group s Talent Acquisition and Management department. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with recruiting team members and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job duties and requirements for both Orr Group and our clients through our Talent Management service line Assist with talent acquisition tasks such as sourcing resumes, screening applicants, completing phone screens, conducting reference checks and scheduling interviews Support internal and external posting strategies by managing advertisements on professional sites and online job boards Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure active and passive candidate files, notes and statuses are updated throughout the recruiting process Execute and support existing recruiting strategies and proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement Own the full-life cycle recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact all the way through to close Use creative methods to source, and manage a top talent pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates Actively participate in recruiting and employee experience initiatives such as DEI Develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers Track progress of candidates and positions throughout the process using internal tracking systems Assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed Requirements Bachelor s degree is required One (1) to Three (3) years of recruiting and/or human resources experience Experienced with MS Office Suite of application Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships Ability to work with various departments and foster a collaborative teamwork environment Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Benefits Orr Group offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a fun, challenging work environment.
