RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a Arlington, Virginia (VA) client that is seeking a Staff Accountant, Sales Tax who will be responsible for monitoring daily banking activities and cash flow, recording weekly and monthly wire transfer payments, reviewing investment bank statements, completing monthly investment allocation, researching assigned bank accounts, and recording journal entries for month- end closing. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field 1 to 2 years related experience General knowledge of GAAP Must be proficient in spreadsheet and database application.
