A leading provider of skilled construction labor is currently accepting applications for a full time Construction Recruiter/Project Coordinator position. We are a local business in the construction industry that is dedicated to finding the right candidates to help our customers complete their construction projects safely and efficiently. The Construction Recruiter/Project Coordinator's primary responsibility is to recruit, interview and hire qualified Field Employee applicants. It is their role to ensure overall workforce optimization and to successfully build and manage a safe, stable, productive and skilled labor workforce. Responsibilities Include: Placing employment ads on various platforms Managing and fulfilling job orders Screening applications/resumes and setting up interviews Conducting Interviews and orientation sessions Maintaining solid working relationships with all our skilled craftsmen employees Working closely with both our sales representatives and our contractor clients. Job Requirements: Be self-motivated and goal oriented Have desire to constantly interact/communicate with various personalities maintaining solid working relationships with both skilled trade workers and our sales personnel Must be dependable, responsible, professional, have a good attitude and be willing to work hard It is essential to be capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Industry knowledge is a plus Need basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Prior staffing/recruiting experience highly preferred Experience and knowledge of the construction industry and trades preferred Electrical background a plus Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
