Published Date: 2019-09-27 Type: GCSS-MC PDSS Location: Quantico, VA Scope: We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support a Marine Corps Oracle R12 based ERP that provides near real-time visibility of retail supply, wholesale supply, equipment maintenance, and repair transactions. The desired candidate will work as an integral part of a team supporting a large DoD program that requires specialization in Cyber Security oversight, design, development and implementation of custom software and database capabilities to support automation capabilities of assessment, verification, and validation of application development code. Functional Duties/Responsibilities: Provide ITSM ticket assessments to assist the client Cyber Security team with user accounts and system access issues and adjudicate at the lowest level or reassign tickets to the Cyber Security team. Additional duties include: Support Role Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation by maintaining components, including OIM, OID, and EBS. Support system use of Electronic Data Interchange Personal Identifier (EDIPI) and provide Oracle Web certificate wallet management. Conduct user account auditing. Conduct audit log reviews and provide anomalies to the Program ISSM. Provide the Program ISSM with augmented GOC support to maintain the Authentication Stack base software and RICECPW. Required Education: College degree (BS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience: 5+ years related technical experience Must be a US Citizen with at least an interim DOD Secret clearance or higher Experience with Java/J2EE; Familiarity with any of the following: MVC, Entity Framework (or other ORM), JavaScript, XML, JSON, Web API, and PowerShell Experience with continuous integration tools and environments.
