Job Summary We are looking for an organized and collaborative professional to provide support to a health care account run by Wondros, a creative services agency based in LA and with offices in Pittsburgh, San Diego, and DC The Account Supervisor will serve as the liaison to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) All of Us Research Program team and communicate opportunities and challenges back to the Account Director. S/he will be a part of the team that serves as the face of the account; specifically managing Marketing & Communications client relationships, and help problem-solve for the NIH and Wondros teams. The Account Supervisor will report to the Account Director in Washington, DC as well as work closely with account team counterparts in Pittsburgh, San Diego, and Los Angeles. Relocation Required. This position is based in Washington, DC. Requires intermittent travel to the LA office. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLYING Key Responsibilities The main point of contact for the Marketing & Communications client team liaison between client and Wondros on national and regional campaign development for both consumers and researchers Advise and educate clients on campaign development and production process Build relationships with clients across all levels to engrain the agency with the client culture and establish a firm foundation from which Wondros can maintain and expand its scope of work Acts as the client's voice and represent their goals and objectives to internal teams as strategy and creative is being developed Supervise and effectively oversee the production of client-approved deliverables for timely delivery; troubleshoot and communicate any changes to the client ahead of time Assess and develop strategies to address clients needs, manage expectations and resolve the issue as they arise Find solutions to delivery, partner, or process roadblocks and work with leadership to implement, as needed Attend and represent Wondros in client meetings and help resolve issues for the Wondros internal team Provide feedback regarding project health Stay informed of industry news and competitor activity, and use these insights to guide the team Required Qualifications A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in account supervision and/or program management Ability to develop relationships with multiple clients with different personalities and marketing experience and skills levels Ability to interface with senior professionals with a background in health care, scientific research, and medicine Expert level proficiency in digital marketing and advertising including creative development and production Collaborative team player with excellent communications an presentation skills Must be energetic and proactive, someone who welcomes a challenge and is able to work in a fluid environment A self-starter with the ability to independently identify and act on areas of improvement Ability to keep composure and provide solutions in stressful situations Desired Characteristics Highly organized Strong interpersonal and communication skills Takes ownership and responsibility Patient and a good listener Nimble and a master multitasker Presents solutions, not problems Meticulous about every output Believes a can-do attitude is the best approach to learning Gains trust quickly by communicating succinctly and in a timely fashion Curious by nature and an avid learner Has a sense of service Shares experiences (wins and losses) so everyone can learn Willing to roll up sleeves when the time calls for it Work experience in health care and/or technology sectors.
