We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing recruiting team as an Internal Talent Lead. This is a new position at Take2 with the opportunity to make an impact and build the program from the ground up. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated all-star Internal Talent Recruiter to join our team. At Take2 we build People Clouds by uniting tried and true recruiting techniques with the latest in the market, to create and grow relationships for long-term engagement. You will have direct access to business units leads while working closely to build strategies with our talented recruiting and sourcing teams. You must have the bold ability to sift through our internal applicant pool and help streamline the internal recruiting process. Role Responsibilities Act as a talent recruiter for internal employees at Take2 Serve as the primary point of contact to manage the Internal recruiting efforts for Take 2 Work closely with the Business Unit (BU) Leads and program/project teams to understand the staffing requirements across the organization, and match those needs to a pipeline of potential and available candidates Utilize a variety of sources to develop the internal candidate pipeline, including things like social media, LinkedIn, internal referrals and a proactive internal people cloud. Partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders within the internal recruiting process Be an advocate and help launch the new internal enhanced referral program Manage the entire hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance Participating on the recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates Act as a first line ambassador to internal candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent within the company Identify and attract the profiles of the top 20% candidates within your supported People Cloud and pipe-lining exceptional candidates for future opportunities at Take2 Develop executive level reports and summary status updates to provide the status on internal recruiting efforts Help with recruiting efforts on technical positions for our external customers when necessary and our internal positions are fully staffed. Lead internal hiring status meetings/SCRUM meetings Attend networking events and job fairs Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on internal talent Proven track record of excellent customer service Ability to build relationships by phone and in person with top tier talent and key stakeholders Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers and BU leads throughout the recruiting cycle Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment Strong communication skills both written and verbal required. Must be comfortable conducting business over the phone, with strong negotiation skills. Shining track record of success in a fast pace, Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies
