About the Position: Bonaventure seeks a results-oriented Business Development Director to create and lead a high performing sales team. This new position will develop a metrics-driven sales pipeline from lead generation to initial contact to close including necessary tools and marketing materials to identify prospects, articulate our unique value proposition, and grow Bonaventure's joint venture and investment partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate is competitive, financially motivated, and capable of teaching sales strategies and processes to others. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies, and programs to grow business and drive sales to key markets, prospects and demographics. Analyze financial performance indicators and local market area data and activity. Generate powerful proposals and make convincing presentations to achieve new business. Document duplicable sales process, appropriate metrics, and reports on all sales pipeline activities. Coach and manage team; assess strengths and weaknesses and provide support and tools through entire sales process. Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction level, assess the quality of our partnership, and meet their evolving needs. Insure adherence to the Bonaventure brand throughout the business development cycle. Qualification and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field Prior proven B2B sales experience and track record. Previous leadership position in sales Excellent negotiation skills and decision-making abilities Ability to travel up to 50% of the month. Expert in CRM software and creation of platform and repeatable processes This individual will possess the desire to grow and learn within a boutique company in an expansion stage, a passion for real estate, and a genuine commitment to Bonaventure's mission, values, and culture.
