Position Description. King & Union is seeking to hire an experienced and talented Cyber Security Sales Executive in our fast-paced well-funded start-up. Our flagship product, Avalon, is a threat analytics platform built with collaboration at its core helping build an interactive community of cyber analysts. Avalon provides a dynamic workspace where security operators and analysts can lean in, cut through the noise and reduce the time to address threats from hours to minutes. The platform enables organizations' users to rapidly collaborate with trusted peers on investigations and findings, providing unique insights, and setting up fast action events for remediation. King & Union's Sales Executive will play a key role in our continued growth with the primary responsibility of identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities. Overview of Position. Manage relationships across the country, without limitation on region or territory. Maximize revenue generation through indirect and direct channels. Work closely with Product Management to ensure continued alignment between customer feedback and product development exists. Daily prospecting including cold calling, prospect qualification, strategic sales process planning, and closing revenue opportunities. Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers post-transaction to ensure customer satisfaction remains high. Attain quarterly and annual goals and quotas. Manage customer evaluations, proof of concepts, and RFP/RFIs. Communicate and convey the value of the Avalon platform. Present effectively to C-level executives and other key stakeholders. Enter sales activity into CRM, in real-time. Requirements:. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and competitive landscape. Track record of meeting or beating assigned sales quotas. Desire and ability to work independently in a start-up environment. Desire to prospect on a daily basis, including emails and cold calls. Experience selling and communicating at the C-level. Experience selling enterprise security software solutions in early-stage start-up environment preferred. Compensation. Early round shares. Competitive salary. 401(k), healthcare, and full benefits.
