About the Operations/Finance Analyst position We are looking for an experienced Operations/Finance Analyst to help us with project overview, financial oversight, planning, directing and coordinating our company's operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with improving efficiency, performance, and overall productivity, as well as working closely with Accounting/Finance. In this position, you will report directly to the General Manager. Job duties vary greatly based on daily projects and priorities but will include critical involvement in a broad variety of corporate activities. The ideal candidate is fast and flexible with a "can-do" mindset, positive attitude and comes to the table with solutions when problems arise. Operations/Finance Analyst responsibilities are: Review and reconcile budget Project analysis to include programmatic and financial components Provide support to the General Manager as and when required Support the General Manager in managing and resolving operational issues Support with financial/accounting duties Manage, store, and retrieve corporate documents and reports when needed Assist with team alignment and project updates Operations/Finance Analyst requirements are: 3+ years' experience in an Operations position 3+ years' experience with business and financial/budget procedures Excellent understanding of organizational, effectiveness and operations Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office (strong Microsoft Excel skills). QuickBooks is a PLUS Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Problem solving and multi-tasking skills BS degree in operations management or other related area is a PLUS
